We live in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous times. A time that can feel soulless or as John O’Donohue puts it is: ‘Hungry in spirit’. Despite how technology has enabled us to connect virtually to people all over the world, it is easy to feel disconnected. Despite having access to more information than ever before, we can struggle to find meaning. And this can mean we feel like we’re living our lives thinly.

Ceremony, spiritual counselling and sacred space holding all offer a chance for you to reconnect and find meaning. They are some of the most potent and healing ways to consciously and wholeheartedly work with life stages and transitions; be these anticipated or unexpected, welcomed or feared.

The heartfelt intention of my ministry is to help you remember your inherent wholeness and essential goodness, to illuminate the meaning in your life; especially during times of change, challenge and transition, and to offer a space for you to open to the divine, experientially, not just in concept.

I work with people of all faiths and none as well as those who feel that they have fallen through the cracks of their own religions and communities.

As well as being a One Spirit Interfaith Minister I am a qualified coach, conscious movement and yoga teacher, trained in various healing modalities and currently apprenticing in the shamanic medicine wheel. I come with my experiences working in high-pressure corporate environments for 20+ years, mothering two adopted children, juggling work, family life and caring for family members at both ends of the age spectrum and in all of this finding ways to fit in spiritual practice.

I offer you ease, attention and encouragement. I listen to you deeply, with an open and non-judgemental heart and mind; holding you in the most positive regard.
