I am an ordained OneSpirit Interfaith minister, serving the needs of the world in an experience of love and healing. I offer ceremonies and rituals for any occasion, tailor-made to suit your needs in whatever you want to celebrate.

I offer a sacred space for spiritual accompaniment, allowing the spirit within to bring awareness to whatever arises. This beautiful process of allowing spirit to be known in connection, brings a deeper understanding of the present moment, of thoughts, feelings and emotions which we so often ignore and suppress. The first step to healing is acknowledging the present.

I have spent 35 years suffering from chronic pain in the form of migraines. In my search for relief, I found many ways to be mindful and meditate. My journey with these techniques brought an end to my debilitating condition. Allow me to show you this journey, where I can share the many ways in which you can experience the space in which resides the spirit of your own being. There are many different techniques which may help you seek the calmness within. This can be done in person but will be limited by location because of travel or we can connect over Zoom where distance is not an issue and is just as effective.
