Although I am a practicing Zen Buddhist i like to work with anyone interested in the development of their own spiritual life. I am interested in mindfulness practices for a contemporary world and run retreats to help people integrate mindfulness into lives challenges and stages. I have a particular interest in care of the dying and the loved ones of those that are passing.
